There's nothing special about being born. Not a thing. Most of the universe is just death, nothing more. In this universe of ours, the birth of a new life on some corner of our planet is nothing but a tiny, insignificant flash. Death is a normal thing—so why live?
~ Johan Liebert to Miloš.
Gods don't exist, and Buddhas don't either. Yet these people lived for decades without realizing it. Once they die, it's all just gonna return to nothing. They won't feel anything. And then they rot into the ground. As long as you live on this Earth, that's your eternal fate. They just can't accept that simple fact. It must be so hard being stupid. I want to make these sorrowful people happy. I want to help them. That's the reason I was born, after all.
~ Doma's nihilism.

Near Pure Evils who believe that all life is meaningless, their own included. Nihilists do not believe in objective morality and all rules/codes they follow, if any are superficial or due to practical reasons. They usually do not have specific long–term goals or purposes, will sink to all levels of depravity to further their arbitrary objectives and are often Suicidal; they can overlap with Social Darwinists and Harbingers for Rebirth as well through shared beliefs in a purpose of bringing about the "end times" and leaving others or themselves to pick up the pieces left behind by the mess they've created.

Examples are Doma, Annie Wilkes, Johan Liebert, Randall, Agent Smith, and Green Goblin.

NOTE: Villains who make nihilistic rants but still overvalue their own lives (e.g. The Governor (TV), Gareth, Littlefinger, Trina, Tighten, Diane Amara, Dawn Bellwether, Hopper, Dr. Eggman and Bowser) do not count. They're instead called Absurdists, and should go under Cowards, Hypocrites, Egotists and/or Misanthropes instead.

Villains who are only gleeful during their death and/or are defiant to the end also do not count (e.g. Prince Killmonger, Derek Lucks, Gunnery Sergeant Gerheim and Niles). They need to specifically express through whatever ways to prove they have no care for any life including their own to qualify.

This is the Near Pure Evil counterpart of Near Pure Good Nihilists.
