Near Pure Evils who fall under the Neutral Evil alignment. Neutral Evil is a type purely out for themselves. They normally act according to their rules, but are willing to break those systems whenever necessary. As implied by the term, they shift between Lawful or Chaotic Evil whenever either best suits them.
