Near Pure Evils who, while normally portrayed as genuine threats and don't have much redeeming qualities, have intermittent or infrequent moments where they are portrayed in a humorous manner by the narrative that makes them seem less serious at times, with the characters in-universe not taking them seriously either in these moments.

However, these instances are a minor aspect of their character, as they are still taken seriously in-universe the majority of the time, otherwise they would not be Near Pure Evil in the first place.

Their opposites are Near Pure Good Comic Reliefs.

Please note that this category differs from a Laughably Evil and Silly Near Pure Evils in that a Minor Comic Reliefs are mostly taken seriously, with a few instances where they aren't taken seriously both in-universe and by the narrative, whereas Laughably Evil Near Pure Evils are taken completely seriously by both Narrative and in-universe in-spite of their humorous moments, and Silly Near Pure Evils being taken completely seriously in-universe while not being taken seriously by the narrative. As such, these categories are mutually exclusive and should not overlap.
