Mind-Breakers are Near Pure Evils who cause permanent and extreme damage to the mind of their victims. These villains usually cause unbreakable brainwashing, insanity or nihilism.

Some of them can go as far as to destroy the mind of their victims, leaving them in-dead states despite their bodies being physically active. These type of Near Pure Evils count as Murderers/Mass Murderers (e.g. Cackletta, Raymond Sullivan).
