Near Pure Evils who've behaved as a boss, mentor, or other power person to a hero at once. These characters most times had an apprentice or master relationship earlier becoming foes. These Near Pure Evils occasionally either push them in to doing their bidding through brainwashing or slavery. Their good opposites are Masters of a Villain.
