Near Pure Evils who are very dishonest. They tend to do this either as a bad habit or for personal gain.

A type of Liar would be those who would fake tragedies in order to get attention or sympathy.

Their heroic counterparts are Heroic Liars and their opposites are Honest Near Pure Goods.
