Now I see where you get your reputation. Very good.
~ Esdeath complimenting Akame's fighting ability.
On the contrary, I mourn. I was hoping to face Guile personally on the battlefield. One gentleman warrior to another...... in respectful combat.
~ M. Bison mourning Guile's death and wanting to face him in 1 on 1 combat.

Near Pure Evils who only have a small amount of genuine affability shown from them, but overall their heinousness dominates their affability. It is also another reason why these villains cannot be Pure Evil since the latter is never genuinely polite towards anyone even if they were at some point. Lacking Affably Evil is a subcategory of Honorable, villains with a small amount of honor/respect. Their opposites are Near Pure Goods Jerks.

Near Pure Evil villains who are superficially nice to most but genuinely affable to a few can qualify (e.g. General M. Bison, Marcus Pierce, Josef, Evil Morty and Prince Killmonger). Also, Near Pure Evil villains who have limited dialogue can qualify as long as their affability is mostly overshadowed by their heinousness (e.g. Gigantomachia and Pharaoh Seti I).

Good examples are President Coriolanus Snow, Esdeath, Solf J. Kimblee, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, Daniel J. D'Arby, Lord Boros, Dongsoo Seon, and Charles F. Muntz.

This category should not be confused with Faux Affably Evil, since these Near Pure Evils only pretend to be affable.
