Near Pure Evils who are homicidal. These Near Pure Evils have the desire to kill someone. Unlike murderers, homicidal Near Pure Evils do not necessarily have to succeed in killing someone; they just have to have the intentions or urge to do such.

Their good counterparts have a small percentage of lethality and/or kills when it's really necessary.
