Near Pure Evil villains who weren't revealed to be evil at first (e.g. Sōsuke Aizen, Broly, Paragus, Thomas Wayne, Matt Engarde, Scarlett, Kengo Ino, Queen Chrysalis, Masamune Dan, Raymond Sullivan, Tom Smith, Marcel and Dawn Bellwether), or were originally heroes or neutral at first that turned into villains (eg. Big Smoke, Frank Butterman, Mark Hoffman, General Shepherd, Ushari, and Blue).

This is an evil counterpart to Hidden Near Pure Good heroes.
