Near Pure Evil villains who weren't revealed to be evil at first (eg. Montgomery de la Cruz, Broly, Paragus, Thomas Wayne, Makima, Scarlett, Kengo Ino, Queen Chrysalis, Masamune Dan, Tom Smith, Marcel and Dawn Bellwether), or were originally heroes or neutral at first that turned into villains (eg. Niles, General Shepherd, Superman, and Ushari).

This is a evil counterpart to Hidden Near Pure Good heroes.
