Harbingers for Rebirth are Near Pure Evils who intend on not only destroying an entire world or universe, but also recreate the world right after its destruction. These villains are a type of cataclysmic villain that seeks destruction of everything. However, unlike most cataclysmic villains, these villains are willing to revive the world in their own image and to rewrite the world in the way they see it.
