Fragmental Near Pure Evils or Fragmentals are embodiments, fractions or parts of another entity. Usually these Fission Characters are made when the original character is physically divided through certain means. Sometimes fragments of that same entity would turn out to be villains themselves or different beings entirely, but this isn't always the case.
