ā€œ It's like a wise man once said. 'Battle not with monsters, lest you become a monster' I've lost track of how many people I've killed. ā€ž
~ Earth-99's Bruce Wayne to Earth-1's Kate Kane.
ā€œ Frank: I was like you once, Nicholas. I believed in the immutable word of the law. That is until the night Mrs. Butterman was taken from me. You see, no-one loved Sandford more than her. She was head of the Women's Institute, chair of the foral committee', even ran the Neighbourhood Watch before Tom. When they started the 'Village of the Year' contest, she worked round the clock, it became her life. I've never seen such dedication. On the eve of the adjudicator's arrival, some travellers moved into Callahan Park. Before could say gypsy scum, we were knee deep in dog muck, thieving kids and crusty jugglers.
NWA Members: Crusty jugglers.
Frank: We lost the title and Irene lost her mind. She drove her Datsun Cherry into Sandford Gorge. The inquiry said it was an accident but I knew better. From that moment on I swore that I'd do her proud. And whatever the cost, we'd make Sandford great again.

~ Frank Butterman explaining his backstory.

Fallen Heroes or Fallen Heroines are Near Pure Evil villains who were once heroes, or the former heroes (ex-heroes), and fought on the side of good but turned to villainy.

These characters must also be under debased considering as a hero, they had redeeming qualities when they were heroes.

For obvious reasons, Fallen Heroes can NEVER fall under From Nobody to Nightmare because they were clearly exceptional individuals before they joined the dark side, unless they did good actions while being unknown.

Their Near Pure Good opposites are Redeemed Villains.

Notes[]

Please note that a character must be a hero before turning evil.
