I'm Dr. Josef Heiter, retired, but still very well known as the leading surgeon in separating Siamese twins. Six months ago, I designed a never seen operation on not separating anymore but creating. I transformed my three rottweilers into a beautiful 3-hund construction.

Near Pure Evils that originate from exploitation works, or in other words works that are purposely designed to be as shocking, grotesque, or downright disturbing as possible.

Their opposites are Controversial Near Pure Goods.

Exploitation villains can only qualify as Near Pure Evil if the work they come from has a story with a message or moral. They will be automatically disqualified if their actions are solely played for shock value as those stories don't have a solid distinction between good and evil. The reason for this is because when a villain does something evil, they have to harm something that has real admirable value.

Examples of Exploitation Near Pure Evils: Makima, Esdeath, Sonic.exe and Alex DeLarge.
