Near Pure Evils who strongly and often go against other villains. Good examples include Makima vs. Darkness Devil, and Hector Salamanca vs. Walter White and Gustavo Fring.

Only Near Pure Evils who fight against villains who aren't Near Pure Evil or who are Pure Evil must be put here. Near Pure Evils who fight among themselves must be put in Near Pure Evil vs Near Pure Evil category.
