Near Pure Evils who are neighbored in mystery and frequently show up out of the blue. Some of them even have really vague pasts and don't give much information about their identity. They are also extremely intimidating, out of reach and harmful due to being misunderstandable, unpredictable and most characters most likely won't know how to take them down.
