Near Pure Evils who are dimwits. These villains are considered simple-minded and unintelligent by other characters and audiences alike, and often they don't think about their actions and how they affect themselves and others. Despite this, these villains may still be exceptionally dangerous, as their stupidity may not allow them to realize how much of a hazard they pose to others or themselves.

The opposite of Dimwits is Masterminds.

Prime examples include Malty S. Melromarc, Tighten, Biff Tannen and Monty de la Cruz.
