Those who are very bossy and tend to have a habit of telling people what to do most times. These types of villains prefer to want everything to go their way. They are often:

Arrogant (since they believe others should listen to what they have to say as they see them as "incompetent" without their command or are just simply bossy).
Delusional (as they see themselves as a good person, they often want others to follow their state and words and will not hesitate to call someone who rejects their control evil).
Lawful Evil (because they like to manipulate authority, law, and order to control and oppress others).
