Near Pure Evils that come from the comedy genre. Despite coming from comedic works, Comedy Near Pure Evils are taken seriously for the most part barring a few comical moments.

Note: These villains can still be Game Changers, as they may contrast with the otherwise humorous tone. They don't always count if the story they appear in, despite being a comedy, is already dark in nature, or they are too laughably evil to count, even if they are taken seriously in-universe.
