You've failed again, Tomura. But you mustn't lose heart. There will be more chances to set things right. That's why I've brought along your little band. And the boy... because you determined that he is an important pawn. So go and try again. That's what I'm here to help you to do. It's... all... for you.
~ All For One to Tomura Shigaraki.

Bigger Bads are Villains who have the largest and most influential role in a franchise, beyond Big Bads, but are not directly involved with the main plot or conflict of the story. Unlike the Big Bads, the Bigger Bads have shorter screen time within the story but are often more powerful and influential than the Big Bad. They are also known as the Overarching Antagonist or Greater-Scope Villain. Their good opposites are Bigger Goods.

Note: It is impossible for a Near Pure evil to be the Big Bad and the Bigger Bad at the same time unless there is a spin-off media where someone who is the villain's henchmen is the Big Bad, created by him/her or a result of his/her actions.
