Near Pure Evils who take pleasure in being rude and disrespectful to others. For those who are psychologically disrespectful and abusive to their victims, see Psychological Abusers. For those who are rude to animals, see Animal Cruelty. Their opposites are Nurturers.

Domestic and child abuse are seen as a more serious crime which makes these villains more heinous. However, even villains who bully others can qualify for this category.

NOTE: Not all Near Pure Evils are abusive, unpleasant, vulgar, and cruel to others. Examples of Near Pure Evil villains who are not abusive and vile include Screenslaver, Cat R. Waul, Darth Nihilus, Ushari, Demongo, Lydia Rodarte-Quayle, Gigantomachia, The Annihilator, Sonic.EXE (X-Verse), and Star Dream.
