His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He had smuggled drugs across the continent prior to meeting up with Brian O' Connor, Roman Pearce and Monica Fuentes, an undercover agent.
- Sent the crew, including Brian and Roman, to steal contraband that was inside the Ferrari 360. The deaths of two racers that were wrecked wasn't of any concern for him, and the contraband turned out to be a cigar.
- Caught Roman stealing his cigar cutter and demanded him to give it back. While Roman's act was obviously questionable, it only shows how ruthless Carter is when it comes to having his belongings taken, especially when trying to wrong him or provoke him.
- Tortured Detective Whitworth by trapping a rat with a bucket and uses a blowtorch for the rat to claw and chew his stomach. He even went as far as to threaten him to go after his wife and his son in order to cover up his crimes.
- He had even threatened to kill Monica for having an affair with Brian.
- While he has prevented Roberto and Enrique from killing Roman and Brian after looking for Monica, its not out of goodness since he was still going to kill the two later on.
- Worse, Carter was initially friendly to Brian and Roman (making him Affably Evil at first), but later on he loses his affable nature when it was revealed that he plans to dispose the duo after he no longer finds them useful anymore and take Monica hostage, and his love for her was nothing more than a facade.
- Had diverted the Customs Agents by using his private jet as a decoy, with Carter himself boarding his yacht, taking Monica with him. Afterwards, he has Enrique to kill Brian after his usefulness has expired before being saved by Roman.
- In his last ditch effort after the duo crashes onto his yacht, he was about to kill Brian and Roman before Brian shot him in the shoulder. Monica even kicks the shotgun away from Cater, which would lead to his arrest and imprisonment.
- Its also likely that both of his henchmen, Roberto and Enrique, survived the attack and are likely imprisoned alongside Carter Verone.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the overall Heinous Standard, including his in-story heinousness, and is beaten by worse villains in the Fast & Furious franchise, namely both Cipher and Brixton Lore.
Trivia[]
- He is the first villain from the Fast and Furious franchise to be Near Pure Evil.
