Jessie Williamson, also known as Carlos, is a major antagonist in the 2019 survival-horror video game Days Gone.

He was a Mongrel and former friend of Deacon St. John and William "Boozer" Gray, until he was tortured by them for his betrayal. After the apocalypse began, Carlos would become the leader of a group of psychotic maniacs known as the Rippers.

He was voiced by Scott Whyte.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?

• He killed a member of the Mongrel so he could steal the drugs he had, which was the reason why he was tortured and removed from the Mongrel, which invalidates his tragedy.
• After the apocalypse occored, Jessie would change his name into Carlos and creat a group of psychotic fanatics known as the Rippers.
• He and the Rippers would torture the people they found and either torture them until they lost their sanity and joined the Rippers, or kill them.
• He would also kill some of the people they found to be eaten alive by the Freakers.
• He is indirectly responsible for Boozer loosing his arm, as he was tortured by a group of Rippers who he and Deacon encountered, with him having to have his arm amputated so he would die.
• it's revealed in one mission that he would kill healthy dogs for sport, something which Boozer was disgusted when he found out about it.
• Made a deal of peace with Iron Mike, only to attack and steal things from their teritory without them noticing, breaking the deal in the process.
• After Skizzo betrayed Deacon and sold him to Carlos, he would torture him and told him that he would later do the same to Boozer and kill the two.
• He attacked the Lost Lake, causing many of the people in there to be tortured and killed by the Rippers.
• He attempted to kill Deacon when he and Boozer came to kill him.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?

• He has a sympatetic death, as Deacon tells Carlos to rest in peace and calls him Jessie after he kills, and Boozer and Deacon would feel bad for him due to him being their former friend.

• He is one of the two Days Gone villains to be Near Pure Evil, along with Colonel Matthew Garret.
