His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is a member of Liberation, a nihilistic and murderous cult, and clearly supports and embraces Nabazov's delusional beliefs.
- He was present as a non-target character at the hotel in Bangkok where Nabazov and his right-hand Sister Yulduz were assassinated, showing he was actually pretty close to Nabazov.
- After the said assassination, he became one of the sleeper agents, and secretly owned a sample of the virus.
- He intended on selling the virus to Craig Black, making him responsible for his attempted mass murder in Sapienza.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the Heinous Standards to Oybek Nabazov, Sister Yulduz, Owen Cage and Silvio Caruso who had too a dangerous virus between their hands yet wanted to use it for far more sinister schemes.
