Brother Akram is a major antagonist in the Patient Zero campaign of HITMAN, serving as the secondary antagonist and one of the two targets (alongside Craig Black) of its second mission, "The Author".

He is a member of Liberation who is tasked to give Oybeck Nabazov's virus to Black.

He was voiced by Nicholas Boulton.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He is a member of Liberation, a nihilistic and murderous cult, and clearly supports and embraces Nabazov's delusional beliefs.
  • He was present as a non-target character at the hotel in Bangkok where Nabazov and his right-hand Sister Yulduz were assassinated, showing he was actually pretty close to Nabazov.
  • After the said assassination, he became one of the sleeper agents, and secretly owned a sample of the virus.
  • He intended on selling the virus to Craig Black, making him responsible for his attempted mass murder in Sapienza.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He fails the Heinous Standards to Oybek Nabazov, Sister Yulduz, Owen Cage and Silvio Caruso who had too a dangerous virus between their hands yet wanted to use it for far more sinister schemes.
