His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is a violent pedophile who is a member of a pedophile ring operating as a travel agency which traffics young boys from Latin American countries into the US so he and other pedophiles can keep them to sexually abuse.
- He goes on trips abroad where he rapes numerous underage children and would pimp them out to other pedophiles, his crimes continuing for years.
- While he supposedly claimed to have braces which led to him being bullied as a child, this is not mitigating at all if it's even true.
- He worked at a Wall Street law firm where he acted under the guise of a ladies and hit from his colleagues the type of person he actually was.
- e takes in multiple boys who he rapes and abuses, beating them up if they refuse to have sex in him.
- He had taken videos of the rapes he committed and saved them to watch for his enjoyment.
- He "adopted", raped, and abused Ernesto Diaz repeatedly, doing the same to Jose, a younger boy who he also "adopted".
- He would force his victims to call him "Dad" and act as his adopted sons.
- As Ernesto go older, Bret told him that he was losing interest in him, which led him to focus on victimizing Jose.
- He would give Ernesto and Jose over to other pedophiles to be violently raped and abused, using this as a punishment for the boys.
- One night, he went into Jose's room where he assaulted him. When Jose cried and begged him to stop, Ernesto tried to get him to leave Jose alone, leading Bret to pull Ernesto out of bed. When Ernesto tried to fight back, Bret just smiled and told him that when he was done with Jose, Ernesto would find out what "real pain" was.
- He threatened to send Jose to the other men if he didn't quiet down and he only left because Jose continued to cry and beg him to stop, causing him to angrily leave.
- Ernesto fled with Jose so that they could escape from Bret, but Jose ended up dying while escaping.
- Bret's actions left Ernesto severely traumatized and broken.
- He was so violent and horrible, that Walt Massey, one of his fellow pedophiles, was driven to violently kill him by removing his genitals and slitting his throat, due to how horribly he abused the boys he had taken in.
- His incredibly brutal death is not played for sympathy and was well-deserved for how much of a monster he was, this being acknowledged by Elliot Stabler.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Evil?[]
- He lacks sufficient characterization due to suffering from off-screen villainy, as the first time he is seen, he is dead and only appears elsewhere in a photo and briefly in a video where he is with a boy he is preparing to rape, however, the video is turned off before anything else happens. Bret's actions are primarily relayed by Ernesto.
