In The Mandalorian, he was portrayed by Brian Gleeson.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He repeatedly had loyal imperial cadets killed during his time as headmaster of the imperial academy of Arkanis for being "weak" (by other students as a test).
- He left his own wife to die on Arkanis when the New Republic invaded.
- He was repeatedly horribly physically and psychologically abusive to his son, which made him horrible too, and it's implied that it's all because he hated Armitage for being his illegitimate child.
- He had thousands of children throughout the galaxy kidnapped and brainwashed into becoming mindless killing machines.
- He bombarded the planet of Parnassos after escaping it as a show of power to Phasma.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Fails the Heinous Standards next to other antagonists on a similar tier in terms of influence and resources, like Phasma.
- He's shown to be completely loyal to Emperor Palpatine and the Galactic Empire, since his dedication and desire to create deeply loyal Stormtroopers prove this point, and it's also heavily implied that he wants to give the Empire these types of Stormtroopers, too.
- He admired the combat prowess and devotion of both the Clone Troopers and the Jedi Order and how they were raised from infancy to be trained as soldiers and warriors during his youth in the Clone Wars.
