The Brazilian Helicopter Pilot is the titular main protagonist of the Inside Out Theory: The Brazilian Helicopter Pilot is a Serial Organ Thief YouTube video by the Theorizer.
Based on a gag character from the original Inside Out movie who Riley Anderson's teacher and mother, Jill, had a crush on, this theory depicts him as a charismatic and psychopathic con man/criminal who travels around countries to lure in women with promises of luxury and love to harvest their organs.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is an international war criminal who committed crimes of devastating proportions.
- Possibly working at the center of a global conspiracy, he would travel from country to country and use his charisma to gain the trust of women (over the course of long periods of time) with his charisma and promises of Exotic Promiscuity and 1811 Chateau d'Yquem as part of a long term plan to gain their trust to harvest their organs and leave them to bleed out in a bath tub when they least expect it. While it’s implied he does this for money, there is also a suggestion he does this out of sadism and keeps the organs as heirlooms.
- He would try this trick on Riley's mother, Jill Anderson, as well as Riley's teacher, seemingly still having the latter's trust and being a potential victim of her who he will strike at some point.
- There is nothing implying he got caught for his actions and likely still remains continuing his criminal deeds.
- While only having one known phrase, he is described with enough characterization throughout the video, being described as a sociopathic manipulator who harvests organs out of greed and possibly even malicious intent.
- Although the Theorizer gives some silly over-the-top dialogue in the video, the Pilot is meant to be taken as a serious threat.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He suffers from Fridge Horror as his victim count is incredibly vague, with the video focusing entirely on his method of operation rather than affected victims and the history of his operation. Additionally, his crimes as an international war criminal of devastating proportions are never further delved upon.
