His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He mentions having overthrown the rulers of his home planet in the past.
- He miniaturised multiple cities from various planets and kept them on board his spaceship due to his obsession with collecting knowledge and civilizations. The residents of those cities, if they were still alive, were likely forced to spend the rest of their lives trapped inside them.
- He brainwashed Star Sapphire, Sinestro, Atrocitus, Larfleeze, Saint Walker and Indigo-1 to use their powers for his master plan.
- When Batman was observing his ship, he brainwashed the Dark Knight and made him go on a rampage in the Batcave, even attacking Robin and Alfred.
- He brainwashed Green Lantern and, having all Power Rings he needed, activated his shrink ray with the goal of miniaturising Earth and adding it to his collection.
- When Superman broke his device, leaving the Earth too big for him to contain, he decided to steal some of the Earth's cities instead, managing to shrink Paris, London and Pisa.
- When escaping the Earth, he took two cities, Gotham and Metropolis, with millions of people in them, and reminded Justice League that if they chose to fight him instead of surrendering, they could risk destroying them.
- He brainwashed Superman in the final attempt to kill the Justice League.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He has a few comedic moments that detract from his villainy, such as accidentally revealing his pyjamas instead of his robotic structure, distracting Superman with a fake ice cream cone, and being shrunk, put inside a bottle and mocked by Lex Luthor and Joker. However, he is still taken mostly seriously.
Trivia[]
