It's been a busy day. Time to get some fresh ingredients!
~ Bonnie just before her true nature is revealed to the player.

Bonnie (known as Bunnie while using her killer persona) is the titular main antagonist of the 2022 horror game Bonnie's Bakery, the main antagonist of its prequel video A Day With Bonnie and the main villainous protagonist of its prequel DLC Hunt.

She is the titular founder and owner of her bakery and lives in a town populated by anthropomorphic animals. Although she appears as a sweet and affable young woman, Bonnie lives a double life as a psychotpathic serial killer who kidnaps the townspeople, brings them to the basement of her bakery and murders them before baking their remains into her food products to sell to the unknowing residents of the town to keep her business afloat.

She later comes under suspicion from the unnamed Protagonist, who is later kidnapped and forced to find a way to escape the bakery.

Her Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • She kidnaps the sapient animals of the town and butchers and dissects them for ingredients. She deliberately tries to prolong their states to keep their meat from spoiling.
  • She is indicated to torture them whenever her sales drop. In some of the endings, it is implied that she kills them all before escaping from the wrath of the townspeople.
  • She kidnaps the protagonist when she gets too close to finding out the truth of her bakery. Should she catch them, she kills and adds them to her food as fresh ingredients.
  • In the prequel, she chooses to catch a dog for her ingredients out of spite that he supported a rival bakery.

What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • While minor, Bonnie was indicated to have suffered psychological trauma when her parents disappeared one day.
    • The last update show about her past. Bonnie comes from a cult named "The All Seeing Eyes Foundation". Implies that she get indoctrinated by the cult by believing people who against the cult as a "beast". This is resulting Bonnie descent into madness by seeing people around her as the animals. Cementing the indication that Bonnie suffers chronic delusion.
  • She has a note where she states that the Yellow Bear was the closest thing she had to family as well as a genuine friend. Even when she refers to him as "ingredients" in the present tense, it can be indicated that she still treats him more than a typical customer.
  • While irredeemably ruthless with her hunts, she draws the line at killing children and adding them to her pastries. While eavesdropping on a potential victim, even she is shocked to learn that the kids were disappearing without a trace.

Trivia[]

  • She was formerly Pure Evil due to it being thought she had no redeeming qualities. However, after the Hunt DLC was released, she ended up getting removed due to it being found out her care for the yellow bear was real.
