He was voiced by Jon Goiri.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Even though he’s played as a joke at first; being portrayed as cowardly, petty and weak; once his troops enter the dark forest, his actions are exclusively taken seriously.
- Before the events of the movie, he killed his mother, poisoning her, because she had an affair with another man.
- Assaulted another troop member for insulting him, and even cut his cheek open.
- When some of his troops complain about having to eat dingy porridge every day in the forest, Bluey overhears them and sadistically smiles as he is eating a blueberry pie that his father gave him beforehand, showing that he looks down upon his collegues scornfully.
- Even though he was shocked at the deaths of two members of his troop, and the dead troop he found, this is only out of fear, and not out of genuine care.
- Helped his troop take down and murder a unicorn, and planned to drink its blood.
- Once almost all of his troop members were killed, he attempted to convince Tubby to leave Coco behind, out of spite for Coco being named the best of the troop, and not him.
- When this failed, he sadistically stabbed Coco in the chest, killing him, and then proceeded to eat his leg.
- When he spots Maria and Laura near a cliffside, his first instinct was to charge at them and brutally kill Maria by shooting her in the leg with an arrow and slicing open her body. Even though he could be seen as tragic due to his facial scarring afterwards, he was only scarred because Laura pushed him off the cliff for Maria's defense, meaning he completely brought it on himself.
- Even though he congratulated a troop member on a good shot, this was only so he’d be more willing to continue training, and because “in the magic forest, being the best won’t do you good”, not out of genuine care.
- When the leaders refuse to storm the magic forest, he has his soldiers kill them.
- He has his soldiers light the magic forest on fire, attempting to kill all unicorns.
- This then causes a full scale war between the bears and unicorns, resulting in the deaths of hundreds.
- He fires a cannon into the battlefield, resulting in tons of casualties.
- He then fires again, killing four unicorns, and severely injuring another.
- Even though he briefly appears remorseful and ashamed of everything he did, he immediately subverts this after seeing Tubby helping Marìa, the last unicorn, and reverts back to how he was a few minutes ago.
- Though he has shown some degree of care for his brother Tubby prior to his downfall, this is subverted when he beats him to death with a rock out of a feeling of betrayal.
- After he kills Tubby, he stabs Marìa in the neck, killing her, and proceeds to eat her flesh.
- He’s not a genuine extremist but rather an ill intended egotist, as the ending clearly shows he’s motivated by the selfish idea of becoming the chosen one.
- While his death of being drowned in goop is horrific, he’s shown by this point that he completely deserves it, for committing genocide against the unicorns, and killing his own brother.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He shows some degree of care for the Father, as he is in shock when he kills himself when he tosses a grenade at some unicorns.
- While it doesn't excuse his actions, it is shown that he has hidden insecurities, most of which were played for sympathy, as he believed that his mother loved Tubby over him, best evidenced when he states that his time in her womb was "dark and lonely". It is also made clear that most of his motivation comes from the Father, who told him to read the prophecy when he feels insecure, fueling the flames for his eventual downfall. He also later on becomes insecure about his facial scarring, as shown by him hitting a mirror. This gives a degree of sympathy to him.
