Blue is the main antagonist of Pokémon: Abandon Lonliness, the 2010 Pokémon creepypasta written by VIFKeaton. He serves as a supporting character between the LEAF and SORROW chapters and the main antagonist of the RED chapter.
He is Red and Leaf's friend and rival, who later becomes involved in the mystery surrounding LONLINESS and its attempts to gain revenge against them.
However, it is revealed that Blue neglected LONLINESS after his Raticate died, leading to LONLINESS' vengeful, neglected personality. As a result, he directly kickstarts the events of the creepypasta, thereby making him responsible for all of the story's events.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Due to abandoning LONLINESS out of frustration after the death of his Raticate, Blue was responsible for turning him into a vengeful misanthrope, even if the Ghosts tricked him since he openly admitted eventually at the end that he saw LONLINESS as nothing more than a curse.
- Manipulated Leaf into killing LONLINESS during SORROW with her Banette (UNWANTED) after Blue lied to her about Eevee. His actions was what led to Leaf ceasing from existence and eventually dying for good, after it was shown in one of the TVs in the RED chapter that he actually wanted to kill her.
- Even despite showing remorse for his actions at the end of SORROW chapter, where he blamed himself for causing Leaf to take the brunt of the curse, Blue shows extreme animosity towards Red during the namesake chapter, where he planned to kill Red after treating him as a curse and how he is just a nothing. This contributed to a Pokémon Battle between two former friends turned enemies, to which Blue easily won and heavily implied to have killed him.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is remorseful for abandoning LONLINESS after Raticate died, to the point that he regretted being tricked by the Ghosts that he encountered. At the end of SORROW, he and Red paid respects to the deceased Pokémon and now Leaf, where he claimed that it was his fault that she got the brunt of his curse and died as a result, where he admitted it to Red about it.
- However, this is a minor prevention due to his actions in RED chapter, where near the end of the level it is revealed that he abandoned LONLINESS out of frustration, before lying to Leaf about LONLINESS being nothing more than a curse, to which it forced Leaf to kill the Pokémon with her Banette (during SORROW).
- In addition, while Leaf chose to forgive for the sins she committed, Blue didn't, where it was revealed that he only asked to kill his friends, ranging from LONELINESS, Leaf, and now Red, as well. Thus his remorse is not too preventing for NPE.
