- He try to kill Robin and Batgirl, a couple of children just because they made fun of him.
- While he does get imprisoned by Rumor this does not make him a scapegoat as he deserved it for everything that he did. Not to mention what Batman saves him he fights him and Robin alongside the other villains showing no gratitude.
- While he does get mad with Joker for causing Mario to be Rumor and nearly killing Paul this was only because it led to them all being captured and also hypocritical since him and other villains have messed with people's lives before.
- Unlike most of the other villains he does nothing to help out when the Joining invade.
- He kidnaps Lois Lane and makes Superman reach the building where he is, to later shoot him with a weapon containing red kryptonite, temporarily weakening him and ordering Bane to kill him.

- Ultimately, he lacks any redeeming qualities.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the Heinous Standards compared to Hugo Strange and the Joker, who do worse than him with less resources, including FWTD for the latter.
