His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- While it was suggested that Billy had terrible parents in his phone calls, it was unknown if it actually was true, and it was more likely that he was exaggerating or straight up made it up.
- It's implied he murdered and raped several women before the events of the film.
- It's heavily implied he sexually abused his younger (possibly toddler) sister Agnes.
- He stalked and harassed Jessica and her sorority over the phone for a while and then snuck into their attic on Christmas.
- He murdered Clare by wrapping a sheet around her neck and suffocating her.
- He killed a woman named Janice.
- He threw a hook into Mrs. Macks face.
- He stabbed a glass unicorn figurine into Barbs chest while she was asleep.
- He murdered Phyl offscreen.
- He killed the cop who was stationed next to the sorority house.
- He chased Jessica around the house and tricked her to murder her boyfriend Peter
- He got away with his actions as he was still in the attic and presumably killed Jess when everyone left.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He was too insane to have moral agency, as he was shown to be very mentally unstable and even possibly schizophrenic.
Trivia[]
- His remake counterpart doesn’t qualify as NPE due to his redeeming qualities and loves for his father as well as having a tragic past.
