BLU Soldier is the main antagonist of the Team Fortress 2 fan-animation "End of the Line (2014) created and directed by James Mcvee on Youtube, he has masterminded every attack on the red team in creative and absurd ways.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- While at the beginning he gives his frozen Sniper a #2 sniper mug full of coffee, he doesn't help at all to dig him out.
- Had many plans before on destroying red team, but they all failed, some examples are a “giant magnifier death ray” and a “lightning re-direct device”.
- Set a plan to kill Red team in their town by using a runaway train carrying live bombs to crash into the explosive barrels at the end of the line to explode the entire town which wouldn’t have just killed the read team but everyone else in the town like the orphans, kittens & kitten orphans and even his own team spy who is disguised as their engineer.
- Removes Pyro’s decorated container because it’s too childish.
- After presumable surviving the blast of the bomb the red team sent back, he has a new plan to bomb the red town by attaching a nuclear bomb and using birds to fly them over and detonate it.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He has a minor Pet the Dog moment where he gave Sniper a cup of hot chocolate as the latter was freezing to death. Though he is quite harsh on other mercenaries, this would make it a minor prevention.
