The BLU Engineer is a minor antagonist in the Team Fortress 2 fanon YouTube series The Fedora Chronicles, serving as the opening antagonist of The Bolted Behemoth, and a posthumous antagonist for the rest of the series.

He is the one who activated (and presumably built) the Bolted Behemoth to destroy the RED team under the BLU Medic's orders.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?

• Blew up a wall into the RED base to start a breach, resulting in the death of a RED Heavy.
• Sent his team to fight off against the REDs, resulting in all of their deaths.
• When the RED Soldier shot him, he, in his last moments, activated the Bolted Behemoth just as the BLU Medic wanted, making him responsible for all the people the Bolted Behemoth killed in the video.
• Shows brief sadism by laughing at the thought of the RED team's fate before RED Scout killed him for good.
• Because of his actions, it allowed the BLU Pyro to steal the intel and escape.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?

• He fails the Heinous Standards to the BLU Medic and Gray Mann, since he was just a pawn in the plans and activating the Bolted Behemoth was under his orders.
