His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He blamed Holly for murdering Julius, a person who was like a father to her, in an attempt to discredit her, using the footage from E-7 as "proof".
- He ignored supporters of Holly, such as Vinyaya and Foaly when they objected to his accusations, clearly not listening to their reasons.
- He attempted to have Holly's body dissolved when she was thought dead on the surface (when it was really her helmet), possibly traumatizing Foaly at the time.
- He ignored the fact that Opal could be loose, even when Foaly presented the council and him with clear evidence.
- He specifically said Holly was responsible for irregularities concerning the Zito Probe when Foaly presented him with this information.
- He while he did send the LEP shuttle, this was most likely pragmatic since he said it's the only option.
- He threatened to have Foaly buried in tribunal hearings for the next 5 years and fire him if he was bending the truth by sending the shuttle.
- He told Trouble Kelp to fire on the shuttle Holly was on in an attempt to kill the people on board, ignoring Foaly's refusal, using Opal Koboi's missiles as an excuse, clearly expressing his intentions by screeching at Trouble.
- He didn't let Holly attend Julius' recycling, with the book specifically stating it was the worst thing Sool did to her.
- He purposely voted against her in the case with Julius' murder in one last attempt to discredit her.
- He succeeded in having Holly resign from the LEP because of how they had treated her, meaning alienating the LEP's best officer.
- He tranquilized Artemis and Butler when he thought they were a threat.
- He destroyed all that Julius built over the years as Commander before he was fired.
- He told Holly to vaporize Number 1, knowing what he was doing.
- He cut off Foaly while they were trying to rescue Number 1 and the demon race from Billy Kong, denying Foaly's help to them.
- He told in a memo that he wanted the demon race to be destroyed.
- He turned to crime to best suite his needs.
- He presumably helped Turnball Root ram the Mars Probe into a ship full of prisoners that didn't go with them, essentially liquefying the people inside.
- He assisted Turnball Root in trying to take Number 1 from the Aquanaught Nostremius, even helping him kill many fairies in the process.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Hs quite affable toward Turnball Root, as shown in the Atlantis Complex.
