The Anglar Emperor is the main antagonist of the 2006 Nintendo DS video game, Star Fox Command. Currently in the timeline, he is the latest enemy to be encountered by the Star Fox Team. Originally born as a non-sapient anglar fish, he eventually gains DNA from Andross thus giving him sentience and desired to succeed in Andross's empire.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He was willing to succeed in Andross's empire after he was killed by the Star Fox team and after the Aparoid Invasion.
- Caused a war across the entire galaxy by sending a large attack from his army.
- Attempted to destroy Star Fox and Star Wolf dispite Star Wolf not being a threat to him.
- Sent his minion Octoman to terrorize Aquas and destroy their peace as well as Slippy and Amanda's intended happiness at their future residence.
- Sent a splitter missile to grind Corneria in dust meaning the planet's population will be destroyed horribly
- While he may seem generic at first, it was revealed in the prologue that during a time of quiet, lots of cities and innocent people were destroyed and killed throughout Corneria.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- As he gained sapience through being affected by Andross's device and gaining parts of his DNA, he lacks a moral agency meaning that after his amorality was decreased from 100% to a low percentage, he became evil through gaining evil personality and choices making him still being amoral a minor prevention as he no longer has the lack of personality and characterization.

- Anglar Emperor and Pigma Dengar are the only Star Fox villain to be Near Pure Evil.
- He is also the only Star Fox main villain in video games to not be Pure Evil.
