Andrew (real name: Hubert) is a major antagonist in Tangled: The Series, being the main antagonist in the episodes "Under Raps" and "Rapunzel's Return".
He is a visitor from out of town who forms a relationship with Cassandra in hopes of using her to steal a journal to help the Separatists of Saporia rise up and take over Corona as revenge.
He was voiced by Dean Winters.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He tried to steal King Herz Der Soone's journal in order to take over Corona.
- He took over Corona and brainwashed the king and queen.
- He tyrannically ruled and oppressed Corona for at least several days, enslaving the citizens of Corona by forcing them to mine minerals.
- He betrayed Varian and locked him up when Varian's plans no longer lined up with his.
- He Andrew and the Separatists planned to bomb Corona using a variation of Varian's chemicals in order to kill everyone inside. To top it off, he had one of his minions take the King and Queen far away so they can watch their kingdom burn before they are killed.
- He threatened to kill Varian (a child) for turning on him.
- As one last act of spite he tried to cut down the hot air balloon to destroy Corona with the chemicals, risking the lives of all his allies who are on it.
- Despite not being as heinous as Zhan Tiri, he has less resources than her.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He deep down possessed some care for Cassandra, even admitting it himself and asking about her in "Rapunzel's Return" despite having no reason to. It’s implied that he had a crush on her.
- He isn't always taken completely seriously, such as when Eugene laughs at the idea of him taking over Corona.
