Ammit is the overarching antagonist of the 2022 Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero Disney+ series Moon Knight.
She used to be a member of the Ennead, but was imprisoned by Khonshu and other Ennead for attempting to judge countless innocent people before they could do anything wrong. However, years later, Ammit is freed from her imprisonment by some disciples of her, led by Arthur Harrow, who becomes her avatar.
She was voiced by Saba Mubarak and was portrayed by Sofia Danu in her body form.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She harvested countless people by judging on their possible actions in their future. Those who weren't harvested don't get proper judgement even from their own religion and are forever trapped in the Duat.
- She bestowed Arthur Harrow with her power so that he can judge people according to their deeds.
- She continued her goals to cleanse the world, attempting to kill millions (if not more) of people, which includes children.
- She used Harrow to kill the other council members of the Ennead, who only stopped her due to her goals to kill innocent people.
- She decided to start with Cairo before moving on to the rest of the world.
- She tried to kill Khonshu as well as Marc and Steven to prevent them from ruining her plans.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She is an extremist, believing if she was allowed to be free, she could have stopped the world's notorious criminals and dictators even before they became evil, like Adolf Hitler and Pol Pot, thus wanting a peaceful world. However, this is ultimately very a weak prevention, as she is willing to kill millions, including children, to achieve that goal, and she refuses to show remorse for any of her actions.
- She is affable to Arthur Harrow, even when noting he has an impure soul, she is grateful to him regarding her unsealing.
- She made a genuine offer to Khonshu for them to rule the world together and was upset when he refused.
