“ | As you can see I can shapeshift into any form I please. My name is Alloy. Born from the darkness in you and Asriel's soul. | „ |
~ Alloy introducing herself to Chara. |
Alloy is the secondary antagonist of the second season of Chocotale. After being made from the evil essence from Chara and Asriel Dreemurr thanks to W.D. Gaster, she agrees to partake in his plan of enslaving the Underground before it's revealed she has ulterior motives.
Her Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Despite being created out of Chara and Asriel's evil essence, she's shown to have enough freedom and sadism to possess a clear enough Moral Agency to understand right and wrong.
- She helped her master, W.D. Gaster, sell chocolate to the underground so that he could enslave all the monsters. While he did threaten to wipe her out of existence with the press of a button if she didn't obey him, it doesn't excuse her actions as she still took great sadism out of what she did. It's later revealed that said button doesn't even work and Alloy was aware of that, meaning whatever she did was on account of her own violation, terminating any possible excuse or sympathy for her.
- She was a horrible boss to Temmie when disguised as Frisk, as she constantly told them to shut up, took a majority of the profits they earned and even threatening to kill them at one point.
- When Undyne was trying to take the contract between her and Temmie, she held her at gunpoint and stole the contract to ensure no one finds out of their ruse.
- Her disguising herself as Frisk indirectly lead to Chara abandoning her family temporally. While it was somewhat indirect for the most part, she was still joyfully watching the fallout.
- She and Gaster tried to gaslight Chara into joining them.
- She brainwashed Chara into trying to kill her own parents, Asgore and Toriel. She also attacked Asriel and Mettaton in the process, even ripping out the latter's battery.
- She ate at least 13 prisoners simply because she was hungry. Granted while they most likely were bad people, they didn't deserve a fate as awful as that.
- It's also revealed that she had killed several other people when giving Chara and Asriel their evil residue.
- While inside Muffet's web cocoon, she claims that everything she had done up until that point was mostly a joke to her, even callously saying Chara almost killing her family was "cool" despite the mere mention of it bringing her to the verge of tears, showing how sadistic she is.
- When Undyne rightfully calls her out on her actions, Alloy threatens her by smashing her shoulder plate out of hypocritical anger.
- While she does help the heroes defeat Gaster, it was flat out pragmatism since she would have died inside the cocoon along with the others had she not taken action. Not to mention that she just wanted to watch Chara, Asriel and Gaster kill each other.
- It's worth mentioning that earlier she kept flip-flopping between the monsters and Gaster based on who had the bigger advantage during their fight. She outright tells Chara that she's "neutral" at the moment.
- After taking a child's chocolate, she attacked them for just to stir up distrust monsters and humans, most likely to cause another war.
- As far as we know, she has gotten away with her crimes without much punishment at all, making her a Karma Houdini.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- While Flowey is an extension of herself, she does genuinely care about him and vice versa. Granted while the two occasionally throw insults at each other, it's more akin to that of playful teasing.
- Despite being a serious threat and most aspects of her comedy show how sadistic she is, she has her fair share of comedic scenes that do detract her heinousness, such as watching the fight between the Dreemurr children and Gaster with popcorn as if it were a movie and addressing Chara and Asriel as their parents since she was created by both of their DNA.
Trivia[]
- She is currently the only Chocotale villain to be Near Pure Evil.
- While Alloy is currently Near Pure Evil, this may change in Season 3.
