The Alien Ghose Leader is the final antagonist of Ultraseven, serving as the main antagonist of the two-part series finale "The Greatest Invasion in History". As his name suggest, he is the leader of the alien race known as the Ghose who seek to take over Earth as their own.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?

• Attempted to take over Earth and make humanity live on Mars as their slaves.
• Had one of his people kidnap Amagi, one of the members of the Ultra Guard and later held him hostage.
• Unleashed Pandon to attack the Ultra Guard, forcing Dan (whose energy had been depleting due to being on earth for so long) to transform into Ultra Seven and face him, leading to his condition overall becoming worse and him having to temporarily be sent to a medical care at the UG base after his first fight.
• After Ultra Seven sliced off Pandon’s arm and leg, he and the other Ghose aliens took his body and modified him as Reconstructed Pandon.
• While the ultra guard were searching for Pandon’s remains, he sent a saucer to attack their base, forcing Dan (who was being nursed from his injuries) to run off somewhere for safety.
• Broadcasted a message all over the world through Amagi, forcing humanity to decide whether or not they would want to live on Mars as their slaves or be wiped out completely.
• Upon growing impatient of the earth not giving an answer, he had a bunch of nuclear drill missiles launched at New York, London, Paris, and Moscow; killing millions of people before giving humanity 30 more minutes to answer or else he would destroy Tokyo and the rest of the other major cities worldwide.
• Attempted to destroy Tokyo and wipe out all of humanity with the drill missiles, forcing Dan into transforming into Ultra Seven to stop the bomb and the aliens while also saving Amagi and later fighting Reconstructed Pandon which came dangerously close to nearly costing him his life.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?

• He sought revenge on the Ultra guard for killing one of his people and unleashed Pandon to attack them, implying he cared for his men.
