Alfredo Montez is the main antagonist of the bounty hunting missions that come with high honor alternative of the Land of Opportunities storyline in the 2019 video game Red Dead Online. He is one of the leaders of Del Lobo gang, alongside his brother, Jorge, and cousin, Carmela.
He was voiced by the late Emilio Delgado.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Prior to the events of the story, he was wanted in 4 different states for multiple crimes, including murder.
- As a leader of the Del Lobo gang, he is indirectly responsible for dozens of murders, robberies, and extortions.
- He became wanted by Marshal Davis for killing a family near Thieves' Landing.
- He had his men hole up a saloon in Van Horn after the death of his brother.
- During his rant while the Protagonists were bringing him to Marshal Davis, Alfredo threatens to have their houses burned down and their mothers raped if they didn't free him.
- He tried to kill the Protagonists and Marshal Davis in a shootout, later attempting to bribe the former into killing the latter.
- His men shot up Valentine in order to get him out of prison. While this was only after he had already been executed by Marshal Davis, he was well aware that this would happen from the threats he made in his cell and how he didn’t dispute the Sherriff Malloy's comments that his men would kill every decent person in the town.
- His men responded to his death by taking full control of Tumbleweed, likely killing many civilians and lawmen in the process. They then attempted to lynch Marshal Davis and Sherriff Freeman, only being stopped last minute by the Protagonists.
- Although his men appear to care for him considering their response to his death, we're given no indication that the care goes both ways and that seems unlikely considering how he doesn’t have any reaction if you kill them right in front of him.
- We’re given no information on how he views his cousin, Carmela, as the only interaction we see between them is in a photo of them together with Jorge.
- Although the Heinous Standards of Red Dead Redemption are very high, he is able to stand out due to his low screen time and high attempted kill count, with him having his men shoot up Valentine, intending to kill every good man left in the town.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He genuinely cares about his brother Jorge as he was angered by the protagonists killing him and had his men take control of a saloon in response.
