Aamir Barkawi is the main antagonist of the 2016 action film London Has Fallen, the second installment of the Has Fallen series.

He is a wanted arms dealer turned terrorist mastermind who, much like the series' previous villain Kang Yeonsak, deemed the United States and other Western nations to be very hypocritical and wanted them to pay for their actions - which he considered to be criminal - by having them witness the death of their respective leaders including President Benjamin Asher.

He was portrayed by Alon Abutbul, who also portrayed Louis "Lou" Pappas in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?

• Before the event of the film, he was already a notorious terrorist who has committed numerous terrorist attacks to earn his spot as the 6th most wanted FBI fugitive.
• He committed those terrorist attacks to fuel instability and boost his weapon sales.
• He sold weapons to every failed state in the world to create more chaos and destruction.
• He is responsible for the death of British Prime Minister James Wilson.
• He masterminded the G7 massacre in London where numerous world leaders met their demise, including hundreds of civilians.
• He is also responsible for the kidnapping of US President Benjamin Asher during the G7 event who was almost executed live.
• While President Asher was about to be executed, he watched the live feed sadistically.
• After his plan of killing Asher fails, he has sworn that the war is not over and he'll cause more death and destruction.
• Despite having a Freudian Excuse of his family getting caught in a drone strike that resulted in his daughter's death, it's never played for sympathy nor does it come to a degree of being an affected motive considering he was already a wanted terrorist prior to this. Even then, most of his actions had nothing to do with his daughter's death.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?

• He loves his daughter Amal Mansoor. The main reason he orchestrated the G7 massacre was to avenge his daughter's death after she succumbed to the drone strike.
